Great recipe, I have been looking for a vegan cheesecake base for some time. We tried this one yesterday and it tasted delicious, so fresh. I think I will also try to do it by replacing the third green layer with some fruit jam and making it more like a traditional cheesecake. Thanks!

This is a great recipe and I suppose you could substitute the honey for maple syrup or agave as honey is not vegan. Will definitely give this ago.
Hi there, yes honey isn’t exactly considered vegan, but some think of it as an exception for various reasons. It would be great with maple syrup as well if you are looking for an alternative! I wouldn’t recommend agave (for some of these reasons), but I am sure it will be fine :)
