Very refreshing and delicious peach smoothie, if peaches are in season than you definitely need to try this one if you haven’t done so already! I add one banana and a bit of yogurt to create the creamy texture, the peaches do the rest.
You can reduce the water in the recipe a bit and instead blend some ice with it to make it icy and super refreshing! If the peaches are really sweet than you can probably skip the honey but I wouldn’t do so as it really contributes to the flavour of the whole mixture.
Ingredients
- 3 small peaches
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender. Add water if needed to adjust the thickness of the smoothie to your desire. Tastes best when served with ice.
